APPLIED-VIA-FEATURES. This bump (coverlet.collector 6.0.4->10.0.1 (verified: still emits a valid cobertura report)) has been applied locally on branch fix/1346-dependabot-upgrades (commit e6364ad) via #1346, and will be fast-forwarded into the features integration branch. We integrate through features rather than merging Dependabot PRs on GitHub, so this PR is being closed in favor of the local integration flow (NOT merged here). Full build + fast test suite green after the change. Dependabot branch left intact.

Applies Dependabot #14 and #19 locally via the features integration flow.
Full fast suite green (5767 passed, 0 failed). MCP host/client code compiles and its
tests pass under 1.4.0. coverlet.collector 10.0.1 verified to still emit a valid
cobertura report via XPlat Code Coverage collection.
